CHRISTMAS 2021 DELIVERY

Due to a dramatic increase in online retail demand caused by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, your orders with EQUUS may take a little longer than usual on the run up to Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the Christmas period. However, we have been assured by our courier partners at Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD that delays will be kept to a minimum.
To avoid disappointment, if you use our standard delivery service (FREE on all orders over £200), we recommend you place your order no later than midday on Monday 13th December. Following feedback from a number of our customers, we will only ship products using Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD as they are more reliable, and you can be assured of a speedy service.
If you are looking to order a gift for Christmas after Monday 13th December, contact us on 01438 869442 and we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. However, EQUUS are unable to guarantee any orders placed after this date will arrive before December 25th.

UK DELIVERIES
Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery is delivery to you within 3-5 working days of despatch date
Express Delivery
Express Delivery is delivery to you within 1-2 working days. For example, if you order on a Tuesday, you can expect delivery by Thursday. If you order on a Thursday, you can expect delivery by the following Monday. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you can expect delivery by the following Tuesday. Orders will be sent via DPD Local, with full tracking.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is delivery to you on the following working day. Make sure you place your order by 2.30pm. For example, if you order at 2pm on a Tuesday, expect our courier to attempt delivery on Wednesday. If you order before 2.30pm on a Friday, you’ll get your order on Monday. Any orders placed after 2.30pm Friday, and on a Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Your order will be despatched via DPD Local and you’ll get full tracking information including a time slot for the delivery.
Parcel Tracking
If your order status says ‘Unfulfilled’, this means your order has not yet been despatched from our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is sent to you.
As with our Standard Delivery, all parcels are delivered by Royal Mail, DPD Local or Parcelforce. Every order we send out is tracked which means you can rest assured knowing your order will be delivered securely to you.
When you receive your tracking code from us, keep an eye out for updates from our courier about the delivery time for your parcel.
Non-Delivered Items
If you give us an incorrect or incomplete address, or our courier returns your parcel to us because you don’t collect it after they leave a card with you, we will unfortunately have to charge you to send the item out to you a second time. This charge will vary according to the weight and value of your order.
